Our Design Manager Anders Englund was recently interviewed by Swedish magazine Trä & Möbelforum. The interview was centered around what makes a good collaboration with our designers, which in turn results in good and inspiring development processes.

The article relates how dialogue and personal contact is of special significance. “All our design collaborations are built on personal relationships. Here we have a pronounced principle – we rather work with individuals, not so successfully with design bureaus,” says Englund.

When a new product is developed, there are always different demands that need to be considered. But this never results in conflict between the “creative genius” and the commersial demands.”Our designers are professional and consider all demands. The best designers are found on their knees on the the shop floor. They want to understand the material and the process,” Englund continues.
