After the most successful summer in Offecct’s history the sales team of Offecct went out in the Swedish wilderness in order to create better and more inspiring ideas on how to serve our customers in the best way possible. The trip started in Sweden’s reserve capital Karlsborg where a RIB-boat – a rigid-inflatable boat (RIB); light-weight but high-performance and high-capacity – packed with Offecct staff flew over the waves towards the final destination.

A RIB Boat Packed with Offecct Staff
When arriving at the destination, the first task for the team was to set up a conference camp with folding tables and Mono Light chairs.
The purpose of having our meeting outdoors was obviously to profit from the benefits of nature, which together with the omnipresent oxygen, gave us the best possible conditions for creativity.

An Outdoor Sales Meeting
Team Building and Professional Development
Even though the summer’s been excellent, the discussions and activities focused on the future of Offecct and our customers, and how to profit from this momentum in the years to come.
We also discussed how Offecct’s vision – to design furniture that vitalizes meetings and stimulates the exchange of ideas – could be upgraded to the next level. The result was a number of ideas on how we at Offecct can provide active meeting spaces of the future to our customers.
In order to live up to our high ambitions we challenged each other in different team building activities, for both personal and professional development.

Creativity and Discussions in the Wilderness
O2asis
Since we launched our O2asis initiative – an assortment of design products, which together with flowers and plants enhances and adds value to the work environment, not least through an improved indoor air quality – we have become more aware on how important oxygen is for creativity and, of course, life itself. Therefore we made oxygen the underlying theme of our meeting in the wild where we discussed the essential and philosophical aspects of oxygen, as well as how we can use oxygen in the future in order to create even more creative meeting places.
We look forward to the autumn and continued cooperation with all business partners worldwide!
