At the Salone del Mobile in Milan we are showing our visitors all our new products. One out of two new products from our new collaboration with Berlin based design agency Läufer + Keichel is the chair COUPE.

Coupe by Offecct and Läufer + Keichel

At first glance COUPE gives the impression of being entirely made of textile. In fact COUPE can be described as a chair that has been dressed up in textile. Läufer + Keichel and Offecct have used a special knitting technique in order to obtain this effect. The duo wanted to create a chair that gives the impression that it is wearing pants.

About Läufer + Keichel

Julia Läufer and Marcus Keichel founded the Berlin based design agency Läufer + Keichel GbR in 2003. Their work has ever since been characterized by the desire to create everyday objects with a human face, regardless if it is architecture or product design.

The design duo has been awarded the Good Design Award, the Red Dot Award and the IF Product Design Award, and have participated in a great number of expositions throughout the world
